今年的好萊塢編劇罷工真是越演越烈，非但幾乎所有影集都必須重播，
像Heroes就直接給他finale，說2008年見，
他們自己也不知是年初還是年底，
有些面臨被砍的影集(像是Journeyman)也被晾在那裡，
真是非常尷尬。
當年也被罷工潮波及的雙面嬌娃，
還因此出現當季finale剩下十分鐘沒有劇本的窘況，
不過很有創意的他們也在胡鬧中打發了這段時間。

AMERICAN GIRL
A young woman is content with her lot in life as a Wal-Mart employee and perpetual doormat. While working as a greeter at the store, she accidentally gets shot in a robbery gone awry. She survives the shooting, but it changes her forever. When she wakes up from her short coma, she realizes she no longer has any fear. While having no fear can be great when you need to stand up for yourself, it often gets her into trouble, particularly when she decides to help the local police investigate cases that she has no business sticking her nose into.

SPYING IN HIGH HEELS
A young aspiring designer discovers that her attention to detail makes her a natural detective. Along with her childhood best friend, who is equally gifted in her uncanny resourcefulness as a serial dater with lots of connections, they stumble upon their first case when the designer's boyfriend disappears.

CLIVE FROM CANADA
A female detective with a bad attitude about her job is partnered with a new police officer to keep her in check. The new partner (Clive) is a polite, straight-laced, by the book Canadian. But Clive is not what he appears to be. He's not even from Canada. He was made in the USA. Literally. Clive is a robot, part of a law enforcement program created to make catching the bad guys a lot easier for the good guys, whether they want his help or not.

FAMILY VALUES
Every family tries to maintain the image of a normal, happy household. This family has to try a little harder, because they're not the perfect family…in fact, they're not a family at all. They're a team of FBI agents on an undercover assignment in the suburbs. The "teenage kids" are actually young-looking agents in their 20s; the loving Mom and Dad are ex-lovers. Forced to live together under one roof, this team must solve a case involving national security while undercover as the typical suburban family.

HALO
The ultimate slacker does a good deed for the first time in his life only to find he is cursed with a halo he can’t get rid of. He sets out to do evil in an effort to lose the halo, but winds up doing good and the halo returns. While most people seek out opportunities for personal growth, this guy runs away from it, but he's powerless to escape. It comes after him.

THE EXPERT
A reclusive librarian with a unique ability called synesthesia works with the police squad to aid in their investigations. Her ability allows her to mix her various senses - she smells sounds, hears colors, and feels words - which enables her to explore unconventional ways to pursue criminals.

FBI MOMS
Loosely based on a true story, the FBI is actively recruiting mothers as Special Agents because of their advanced multi-tasking abilities. Working mothers have a unique challenge in balancing home and their careers. Working for YOUR MOTHER is even a greater challenge.... particularly when your mother is a controlling, trail blazing pioneer and you are assigned to her division as you climb the ladder within the FBI.

CITIZEN'S ARREST
A 16-year-old boy, who is convinced he is a cop, is institutionalized for delusional behavior. When he is finally released as an adult, he goes "undercover" to clear the name of his surrogate "Uncle Jimmy," who was wrongfully accused of being a corrupt cop. Together, with his agoraphobic roommate, they begin to solve cases on their own. He is the best cop the force never had.

FOXY MAMA
Kelly was a latchkey kid who found company and solace in the iconic '70s television show "Foxy Mama." Now all grown up and married to a police detective, Kelly becomes the quintessential stay at home mother/housewife and subsequently loses her identity and drive. While attending her son's baseball game, she is hit in the head by a line drive and wakes up to the vision of her favorite fictional character, Foxy Mama. With the help of her new best friend Foxy (whom only she can see and hear), Kelly solves crimes and discovers her own heroic abilities that were lying dormant within.

THE OLDEST ROOKIE
43-year-old suburban family man finds a new calling when he suddenly decides to switch careers. Now he must deal with a wife who thinks he's crazy for giving up his stable job, an annoying supervisor who's younger than he is and a steep learning curve of new rules and procedures. What makes him different from most middle-aged men is that his new job is a police officer. In addition to juggling everyday life pressures, he must deal with his role as the oldest new guy on the force.


THE NEGOTIATOR
A top crisis negotiator finds himself without a job after shooting from the hip (and the mouth) one too many times. He puts his life-and-death problem solving skills to a more challenging career opportunity by becoming a relationship counselor in New York City. If he can diffuse a hostage situation, surely he can counsel a couple on the verge of a break-up…easier said than done.

Jim got an interview in NYC to be promoted,Pam put a little something in the file to wish him luck,made him realize where his heart lays.

CBS, THE CW CONFIRM RENEWALS, CANCELLATIONS; FOX EXTENDS '24'

首先要恭喜這部甚受大家喜愛的影集被NBC續約第五季，之前被調去星期五晚間時段，原本以為是被砍的前奏，結果觀眾的繼續支持不但讓本劇在新時段仍保持八成以上收視率，去年收視率更穩坐該時段的18-49歲年齡群冠軍。不過在NBC續約的同時，也宣布兩位要角James Caan與Nikki Cox離開本劇的消息，James Caan當初接演Las Vegas是因為工作時間固定，有更多時間與家人相處，沒想到還是以離婚收場，James表示雖然真的很熱愛本劇工作夥伴，他還是要回到自己的最愛─電影，至於Nikki Cox則對離開本劇的消息感到驚訝。其實編劇對她飾演的Mary Connell一角未曾用心找到定位，從一開始對Danny的感情依賴到後來好不容易建立的獨立自信，又因為Danny/Delinda配對而再度回到棄婦姿態，相對於Sam的伶俐幹練以及百變風情，Mary真的是個活動背景。

Sam這一季可說是注目焦點，先是去夏威夷出公差被抖出跟前夫Kasey弟弟曾有的一段情，又因為昏迷17年甦醒的男友重回她生命，勾起她16歲隨他來到賭城發展的往事，連Delinda跟Mary都看不慣她這工作狂，送了一隻個性與她相符的挪威那小狗給她作伴。

TPTB繼續當初的承諾，不讓Monceito當家吉祥物Danny淪為淫賊，於是繼續了第一季與Delinda未完的火花，我們當然是花了好一段時間才從Mary/Danny on and off的輪迴惡夢調適過來，這一對外型討好的電視情侶檔是越看越順眼。

整體來說Season 4 finale很緊湊以及刺激，也留下許多伏筆讓觀眾迫不及待想知道接下來的發展，可是編劇似乎放太多條故事線，帶給這部影集特有的輕鬆的氣氛不必要的沉重感，是與他集劇情較為格格不入的一集。Monceito幕後金主Kasey(Dean Cain飾)意外身亡，留給前妻Sam掌管權，Ed看不慣她的新管理作風，所以打算出資買下Monceito，可是愛妻Jillian更希望他能趁此機會開始退休生活，享受一下她期待已久的兩人世界，並指責他的CIA黑暗過去以及Vegas這個龍蛇混雜之地不只一次危害到家人的安全(Delinda差點被撕票)，所以當Ed堅持自己決定之際，Jillian也以離婚協議書相逼。Mary的父親因性侵害兩名幼女而被起訴，當初也是受害者的Mary強忍痛苦出庭作證，結果他竟然無罪開釋，痛苦回憶被掀起的Mary身心再度受重創，不但無法正常工作，還隨身攜帶槍枝準備報復，讓Danny跟Ed都非常擔心。總是在豪賭客間體貼服務的花蝴蝶Sam竟然無故失蹤，讓Mike跟監控團隊花了好大一番功夫才查出她是被變態富豪綁架，只可惜大家的動作晚了一步，追到機場的Mike只能望著豪華專機載著Sam不知飛往何處。一向很照顧同袍的Danny受到子弟兵的求救，表示自己頻臨精神崩潰，根本無法隔天接受徵召前往伊拉克服役，Danny一邊安慰他一邊拉關係想幫他解圍，沒想到唯一的辦法就是自己代替他接受徵召。Delinda發現自己懷孕，都來不及跟Danny分享這消息，先是在家裡被Danny的仇人恐嚇，Ed知情當然馬上將愛女接回家住，然後又捲入炸彈恐嚇中，Monceito樓層被炸毀的最後一幕，讓所有人膽顫心驚，不知是否所有人皆能全身而退。

NBC reups Vegas, minus two stars

NBC will bring back Las Vegas for a fifth season, but without stars James Caan and Nikki Cox. In a statement, Caan, who in the past expressed discontent with being tied down to the series, his first venture into TV, said that he will return to the big screen. ''I've had a wonderful four years, worked with great people and made friends for life working on Las Vegas, but I'm eager to return to where my heart is, which is film, and due to the show's schedule, I missed some great opportunities to do that,'' Caan said. ''I wish the show and everyone involved with it continued success.'' Cox's departure is being described as part of a budget-cutting effort. ''I'm very sad and shocked,'' Cox said through a spokesperson. ''I wish them all the best of luck and had a great time working on the shows.'' Las Vegas is the highest rated show in the 9 p.m. Friday slot in adults 18-49, averaging a 2.8 rating/8 share and 9 million viewers. (Hollywood Reporter)

Jack Bauer這位打不倒的勇者，在精采萬分的第四季讓收視率起死回生，絕無冷場的第五季讓Keifer在連續入圍多年後獲愛美獎首肯，馬不停蹄又心力交瘁的Jack Bauer儼然成為文化象徵。在前幾季因倦勤而常將「Jack Bauer可以犧牲」的Keifer也因為24聲勢越來越強而更全心投入本劇，非但簽下4千萬美金天價兩年期約，在第五季與第六季的拍攝空檔並破例推掉所有電影邀約，應諾編劇全力配合隨傳隨到， 第六季精采至極的開場證明24仍是連續性故事影集的佼佼者。

近幾季Fox將24安排在一月至五月間週一晚間播出，中間沒有度小月一氣呵成，每週皆有新的內容，首播兩小時安排於星期天，隔天接著播兩小時，這四個小時劇情等於是一個電視電影，讓觀眾欲罷不能的要看下一個小時發生何事，這次Fox更是步NBC電視台Friends完結篇的後塵，在前播出隔一天就發行前四個小時的DVD，滿足觀眾即刻享受的需求。



上一季24在前幾集就將半數主角賜死的大膽做法，造成許多影集犧牲要角拯救收視率的跟風，這一季前四個小時也不例外，Jack Bauer為了大局親手槍殺多年工作夥伴，如同片尾洛杉磯遭受的恐怖攻擊，愁雲慘霧籠罩著大家哀痛的心情。

話說苦命男Jack Bauer在第四季意外惹毛中國官方，連總統也罩不住他，只好安排死亡假像來擺脫中國官方報復，可是第五季開頭就面臨前總統被刺殺危機，Jack Bauer只好冒著性命危險重出江湖，在揭發了美國總統以國家安全為前提與恐怖分子聯手策劃散播神經性毒氣造成傷亡並安排刺殺來訪之俄國元首的驚人內幕，就在危機解除之餘，深仇大恨的中國政府趁機綁架Jack Bauer押至中國本土接受制裁。



在中國苦窯遭受凌虐兩年期間，Jack憑著堅定的意志未曾開口，即使對他刑求也無法探出任何機密，在新總統出面以外交手腕換回Jack自由之後，他開口的第一個字就是"Audrey"。話說Audrey是國防部長的愛女外加得力助守，兩人因為工作關係結識並相戀，不過身為苦命男的女人自然也就自動歸類為苦命女，從第四季開始她已經第二次以為Jack從人間蒸發，接下來若有重逢的戲一定格外精采。

24第六季首播就遇上足球賽還有金球獎，不過到了第二週即使遇上勁敵"Heroes",兩部影集皆有將近一千五百萬的收視率，期待這一季Jack繼續隻手拯救全世界，讓我們一路過癮到五月。
